A young woman’s parents invested in a house in Issaquah, WA  so that one day she could live in her own home in the community where she grew up.  Emily now shares this four bedroom home with two other women and a live in care provider.  They use Section 8 vouchers to subsidize the rent so that is affordable for each of them.   The families of the three young women have worked closely over the years to create a good living situation with the supports their daughters need.  The community involvement and networks of the families have enhanced the community presence of these young women.  READ MORE
